These days last year, the first time Pharmacist Academy was introduced to all stakeholders.

For those who involved in this project, this project could not come true without persistence and resilience. Thank you for being a part of my unforgettable journey at Sanofi CHC!

Let’s give a look on the video that randomly captured stakeholders’ feelings and sharing (Pharmacists – Lecturers and Organizers) about “our baby”.

Be proud of a journey that we’ve made together!

What makes this Project different?

Pharmacist Academy is a valuable initiative designed to enhance the knowledge and consulting skills of pharmacists. Offering a Continuous Pharmaceutical Certificate (CPE) upon completion of 8 out of 10 hours in the program is a great way to encourage participation and recognize the commitment of pharmacists to their professional development. What makes Pharmacist Academy different from others are:

1. Diverse Topics: Sanofi CHC owns a strong consumer healthcare portfolio that supports and strengthens human health throughout the life span, from a baby with Enterogermina 2B, Calci Corbiere, Acemuc to an adult with Telfast, Phosphalugel, Pharmaton, Enterogermina 4B, etc. This advantage enables the program to cover a diverse range of topics relevant to pharmacy practice, not only updates on new medications, advances in pharmaceutical guidelines, patient counseling techniques, but also Vietnam Pharmaceutical law in healthcare.

2. Expert Speakers: The program features 8 top-notch lecturers from HCMC University of Pharmacy and Medicine, who are experienced and knowledgeable in various fields of pharmacy and related disciplines. Having these experts makes the sessions more informative, engaging, and practical.

3. Interactive Sessions: The sessions focus on case studies and Q&A, where two-way communication helps pharmacists apply their knowledge in practical scenarios and facilitate peer-to-peer learning.

4. Online Accessibility:  Hocviensanofichc.com is accessible to a broader eligible audience (HCP only). This can be especially beneficial for pharmacists with busy schedules or those in remote locations.

5. Continuous Assessment: The program implements assessments throughout the course to ensure that participants are actively engaged and understanding the material. This can also contribute to the overall learning experience.

6. Flexible Schedule: The program recognizes that pharmacists have demanding schedules. It is designed in a way that allows participants to fit the learning hours into their work routine without causing significant disruptions.

7. Feedback Mechanism: The program establishes a feedback system to gather input from participants. This can help organizers understand what worked well and identify areas for improvement in future editions of the Pharmacist Academy and create on-demand topics and content as well.

8. Certificate of Completion: he program designs a visually appealing and professional certificate that participants can proudly display. This certificate can serve as a tangible recognition of their commitment to professional development.

By implementing these above, the Pharmacist Academy becomes a robust platform for continuous learning and skill development within the pharmacy profession and a signature learning program from Sanofi CHC.
